SHIPPING AND FEES
WE will ship worldwide to the destinations acceptable to the world postal service. We will check the availability of the postal service to your country and notify you on it in special cases. Items in stock are generally shipped within 1-2 business days after the payment received. If your order is not in stock it will normally ship within 14 business days.
Shipping cost is specified and quoted for all orders by regular registered mail which can take up to 14 business days for delivery. We also provide other delivery options are available for faster delivery times (EMS,UPS, FedEx ) at a charge quoted at the time of order. All orders of the total cost of $300 and up must be shipped via EMS or UPS.
Standard Flat Rate Shipping Service up to 14 business days - 10$.
EMS (Global Express Mail Service) 4 - 6 business days - 29 $

Additional items in same order will be shipped for no extra charge.
Michal Kirat Jewelry Designer LTD always requires that all deliveries be made to a physical business or home address only. We cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses unless specified

RETURNS POLICY
We have a very simple return policy which is
1) The item should be returned undamaged original condition and/or packaging or exchanged within 20 business days from the date of shipment. Upon receipt of your return purchase, the merchandise should be inspected by our Quality Control. Items showing signs of wear would not be accepted
2) Shipment and fees are buyer’s responsibility.
3) Return shipment is a buyer’s responsibility.
4) 100% money back guarantied, given as a credit for buying our jewelry .
We recommend that you use following routine for return of the items :
1. Please send us e-mail for confirmation of the return. You will receive a confirmation email with and details on how to send back the merchandise. Please include the original invoice and place inside the original packaging for shipping.
2. Ship by registered mail only with insurance. For the reasons of security we recommend that you don’t write "jewelry" on the packaging or delivery slip.
3. If our Quality control discovers that the item for return is defective, or not as ordered, we will refund you for the cost of return shipping
